Joan Bakker Stark
Joan photographs mainly flora, fauna, landscapes and sometimes people in the Ottawa Valley.
In early morning light and the magic hour before the sun goes down, Joan never tires of travelling the backroads of the Pontiac and photographing that world, in all its moods.
Joan also has a love for pottery. She has developed a Shawville Clay Glaze (deep yellow), which she uses in her salamander pots, polka dot pots, and paisley pots.
